The small cellar Severino first built with his wife and later managed by his son Enzo and daughter in law, Silvana, developed year after year. And yet, still today the family chooses to limit the use of barriques, large oak barrels and tonneaux: this gives their wines complexity without weakening their typicality.
Technology as a driver for the development of winemaking has become fundamental. As the winery developed and grew in size Enzo Lorenzon studied and designed a more efficient new wing of the winery with particular attention to using clean energy solutions.

A man of action beyond the winery, he is the business and marketing director of the estate and winery. He skillfully manages a broad domestic and international distribution network, and his work is key to the company’s success.
He took over the management of the land his father, Severino, had acquired as a challenge back in the fifties and shares the property and work with his sons, Davide and Nicola. The estate and winery was eventually established in 1974, with Enzo Lorenzon serving as its founder and president. A dream that still continues to this day.
